Traceability and Recall – This procedure applies to all raw materials, packaging materials, processing aids, work-in-progress, rework, finished products, outsourced processes, and dispatched products handled by the organization. This procedure covers internal traceability, external traceability, product withdrawal, product recall, mock recall, regulatory notification, and recall effectiveness verification.
