All products offered by SG Quality Labs are digital downloadable resources, including but not limited to templates, standard operating procedures, checklists, formats, manuals, and compliance tools intended for professional and organizational use. No physical goods are shipped, and access to purchased products is provided electronically after successful payment.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Any form of account sharing, unauthorized distribution of login access, or misuse of user credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access without prior notice.
Upon successful purchase, SG Quality Labs grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products within a single organization or business entity. The user is permitted to download, modify, and implement the documents for internal purposes only. Ownership and intellectual property rights of all materials remain exclusively with SG Quality Labs.
All digital products, including their content, structure, format, and design, are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, publicly sharing, sublicensing, or repackaging the materials in any form. Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all sales are final once access has been granted. Refunds or cancellations are not applicable except in cases of duplicate payments or technical failures where access to the product was not delivered. Such issues must be reported within 2 days of purchase (including non-business days as well).
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied. SG Quality Labs does not guarantee that the products will meet specific business requirements, achieve certification outcomes, or be error-free.
The digital products are template-based resources intended to support documentation and compliance frameworks. They do not constitute professional, legal, or regulatory advice. Use of these materials does not guarantee certification under standards such as ISO, FSSC, BRC, HACCP, or other frameworks, and users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
SG Quality Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to certification failures, regulatory non-compliance, business losses, or operational disruptions arising from the use or inability to use the products.
Users agree not to misuse the website or its resources, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious software, or using the products for unlawful purposes.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
